CRM Advisor - Mercedes Benz - Newbridge
MB of Edinburgh - Newbridge
Up to £15,600 basic plus uncapped monthly commission
CRM Advisor required at our busy Mercedes Benz showroom based at Newbridge.
Purpose of the role:
To provide front line support to our customers in all aspects of CRM through telephone contact.
•To manage your CRM diary in an organised and timely manner to ensure customers are being called at the agreed time
•To achieve and exceed call volume, quality and sales targets set by CRM Manager
•Ensure a high conversion rate from end of finance lead to sales appointment
•To promote the benefits and secure service plan sales at every available opportunity
•To maintain regular contact with your customers throughout the ownership of their vehicle to ensure a 1st class experience through to their next purchase
•To promote and showcase our Company values in all interactions with customers
•To learn the brand and keep up to date with changes to models and specs
•To assist with customer enquiries and complaints and see through to resolution
•To support CRM Manager with new processes
•To check customer details are correct on each call to ensure exceptional data quality
•To assist with cover for other areas of the business when required
Skills & Experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working in a call centre environment
• Results orientated
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Influencing and negotiation skills
